We welcome , Lucy , Dixie and Max

Lucy was neglected as a baby and with Rhoda's hard work and dedication , she survived the nearly impossible !

She is very special to us and is very enjoyable to have around. Lucy is a very funny bird with lots of understanding  and a funny disposition. She has also been featured in two California publications as a model !

There will be more pictures of Lucy , these happened to be taken the day she arrived.

Dixie also came to us through

4 Rivers Rescue.

Her previous owner was no longer able to care for her due to illness. Dixie seemed to be afraid of everything.

We worked with her and she quickly learned to relax and not be afraid. My friend Tara stopped by for a visit and Dixie acted as if she had found her long lost friend. So Dixie was given to Tara and living near by , we will see her often.
