Our Policies: We strive to make sure our babies find wonderful life long homes, as well as striving to make sure our customers are well informed and satisfied with their new companions. We offer a Health Guarantee and request that our customers take their baby to a Certified Avian Vet for a well baby check up within the first week of taking the baby home. All of our babies come with a Hatch Certificate that states the hatch date and parental information . If for whatever reason you wish not to have a hatch certificate please inform us at the time of deposit. any ailment that is found for which we are responsible: We offer a replacement policy as long as the bird is returned to us in a prompt manner with veterinary documentation , this is for situations that exceed our normal health guarantee Keep in mind for us to offer the health Guarantee , Should something happen to your bird within the first 3 days after purchase , said bird must be returned to our aviary for inspection.

We will gladly send a health certificate with your bird(s) from a veterinarian if a buyer prefers for an additional fee of 75.00 Payment Options We accept credit cards, personal Illinois checks but please note that checks must be cleared before any birds can be officially reserved , picked up or delivered..
We will gladly deliver or make arrangements to meet for pick up within abilities for an extra charge , depending on the distance traveled.
We will gladly list available Weaned and Ready birds and Un-weaned baby birds as On Hold by request for up to 2 weeks while we are waiting for initial deposit to clear the bank and/or allow customer time to pick-up. Once, the check has cleared the bank
· Reserving un-weaned Babies.
· Any bird(s) On Hold or Reserved are no longer available for hold, deposit or for sale to any other prospective buyers.
· Only when an initial deposit is not received, the requested hold not be returned and birds will be listed as available for sale Deposits
· We will gladly accept a 25% non-refundable deposit of the full purchase amount including all fees to reserve any available Un-weaned or Weaned and Ready bird.
Important: Due to high demand and the consideration of other potential buyers, deposits are non-refundable to discourage any impulsive reserving.
· Deposits secure and guarantee chosen baby bird until the time he/she is ready to go to his/her new home.
Notice : Un-weaned babies can not be picked up or delivered until they are completely weaned and eating well on their own.
Reserving Weaned and Ready Birds
· We will gladly hold reserved bird(s) for buyers for up to 30 days after the initial deposit has cleared the bank unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
· If bird(s) are not paid in full by the 30 days or other arrangements are not made, buyer forfeits deposit and said bird(s) will go back to the available list and sold to other prospective buyers.
Notice: Deposits are only refundable if the reserved said bird(s) is/are undeliverable for some reason on our behalf.
Final Balances
· All final balances must be paid prior to pick up or delivery.
· If buyer chooses to pick up their new baby bird at our location, final balance may be paid then. We will accept cash for final balances for those picking up.
All Sales Are Final For Breeders buying out of nest As most breeders , we do not guarantee babies purchased out of nest all sales are final and no refunds will be made we only sell out of nest to breeders or people qualified to hand feed. You must be able to show us that you are able to handfeed properly!
